1. The Workshop

The L1 Workshop is a 2-day, in-person intensive designed for service-based business owners. The core promise of the Workshop is to provide clarity on how your business operates, identify operational constraints, and outline a sequence for improvement.

The Workshop is an operator-led environment focused on numbers-first thinking and brutal honesty. It is not a motivational seminar, and results depend entirely on the Attendee's implementation of the concepts discussed.

2. Payment and Registration

2.1 Pricing and Urgency: Ticket prices for the Workshop vary and are subject to increase. The price paid at the time of registration is final.

2.2 No Refunds: All ticket sales are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are securing a limited seat in a high-demand environment. If you are unable to attend, you may not request a refund, though you may inquire about transferring your ticket to a future date at the sole discretion of Undeniable Mentoring.

3. Media Release

3.1 Consent to Record: The Workshop will be recorded via photography, audio, and video. By attending, you grant Undeniable Mentoring, its affiliates, and its representatives the absolute right and permission to record your likeness, voice, and participation.

3.2 Use of Media: You agree that Undeniable Mentoring may use these recordings and images for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media content, training materials, and commercial products, without any compensation or further approval from you.

3.3 Waiver of Rights: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. You also waive any claims to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the media.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that attending an in-person event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance.

4.2 Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Undeniable Mentoring, its founders, employees, contractors, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the Workshop.

4.3 Business Outcomes: Undeniable Mentoring provides strategic frameworks and operational clarity. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. You acknowledge that any business decisions made based on the Workshop content are your sole responsibility, and Undeniable Mentoring shall not be held liable for any business losses or damages.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1 Intellectual Property: All materials, frameworks, concepts, and documents provided during the Workshop are the exclusive intellectual property of Undeniable Mentoring.

5.2 Non-Distribution: You may use the materials for your own business operations. However, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or teach the frameworks to third parties without prior written consent from Undeniable Mentoring.

5.3 Room Confidentiality: The Workshop involves high-level business owners sharing sensitive operational and financial data. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any specific business information shared by other attendees during the event.

6. Code of Conduct

The Workshop is a high-pace, high-standard environment. We expect all attendees to conduct themselves professionally. Undeniable Mentoring reserves the right to remove any Attendee who is disruptive, disrespectful, or fails to adhere to the standards of the room, without a refund.

7. Post-Workshop Flow

Following the Workshop, Attendees may be invited to a "Clarity Call" and provided with a "Handover Doc" outlining specific actions. These are included as part of the L1 experience to facilitate immediate tactical wins. Any further engagement, including the L2 Annual Program, is subject to separate agreements and payment terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Undeniable Mentoring operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By completing your registration and attending the L1 Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
