What is the Undeniable Scaling Workshop?
The Undeniable Scaling Workshop is a two-day event built to give online coaches and personal trainers the tools to scale fast. It's run by Rhys Livingstone and the Undeniable team, the same people who've built and grown multi 7-figure coaching businesses. You'll learn directly from them, not from hired speakers.
You'll have the chance to ask questions, get clear answers, and leave with strategies you can use right away to grow.
The workshop mixes keynotes, live breakdowns and small group sessions. Together, we'll cover the core areas of your coaching business: sales, marketing, client success, product, content and strategy.

How do I register for a Scaling Workshop?
To register, you'll first book a call with our concierge team. We have minimum requirements to make sure the room is the right fit. These include being an active coach, meeting a revenue threshold, and working in an area where we know we can deliver value. If that sounds like you, book a call today to see if you qualify.
Can I bring a guest to the Scaling Workshop?
Yes, you can bring a guest or team member. Each person will need their own ticket, and we don't offer group discounts. Tickets are limited by date and availability.
Workshops are held at our main location with space for up to 50 coaches. Seats are first come, first served.
Where's the workshop located?
All of our Scaling Workshop events take place in the west of Melbourne. The exact location will be shared once your application is accepted.
Where should I stay and what can I do in Melbourne?
After you purchase, we'll send you a guide with suggested hotels, restaurants and activities to enjoy during your stay, including some of Rhys' favourite spots. You'll have everything you need to know where to stay, eat and explore while you're here.
Will there be food, snacks and refreshments?
Yes, this event is privately catered. You'll have a light breakfast and drinks in the morning, plus lunch and refreshments during the day. If you have dietary needs, email us at [email protected] after securing your spot and we'll take care of it.
What time does the Scaling Workshop start and end each day?
Doors open at 8:00am for check-in, light snacks and networking. Seating is first come, first served, so arrive early if you want a specific spot. In colder months, bring a coat: sometimes the line stretches outside.
Day One runs from 9:30am to 6:00pm, with doors closing at 6:30pm. Day Two starts at 9:00am and ends at 6:00pm, with doors also closing at 6:30pm. Please plan your rides so you're out by then, as our team needs time to reset the space.
Where do I find my workshop itinerary?
Your itinerary will be emailed to you before the event, using the email you gave our team. If you haven't received anything, reach out to us at [email protected].
How should I prepare for the workshop?
Before your workshop, you'll get a custom pre-work packet to help you prepare. If you received the welcome email after buying your ticket, you're all set. If not, reach out to our team at [email protected].
Who are the main speakers?
You'll meet the team that builds and scales companies with Rhys Livingstone. On day two, you'll join breakout sessions with our experts to get clear answers to your biggest questions before you leave.
What should I bring to the workshop?
Come ready to learn and keep an open mind. We'll give you a workbook, pen and name tag to make learning and networking easy. You can bring your own notes if you like, but no laptops or phones are allowed in the workshop room. This keeps the space focused and distraction-free.
Can I hire the Undeniable team directly to help me scale my business?
No. Our Undeniable Mentoring team is not available for hire on individual projects outside of our workshops or partner companies. If you're interested in becoming one, reach out to [email protected]. Please don't pitch or offer side deals to our team. Doing so means you won't be invited back.
Are photos, videos and computers allowed onsite?
No. We ask that all guests avoid using laptops, phones or other devices during sessions. Photos with Rhys and the team can be taken during set times only. If you have questions, ask the event team.
What's the best time to arrive at HQ, and where do I park?
Arrive at 8am for registration. Parking on site is limited, so we suggest using a rideshare or taxi to get to the event. It's faster, easier and saves you the stress of looking for a spot. Plan ahead so you arrive on time and ready to go.
