The workshop mixes keynotes, live breakdowns, and small group sessions. Together, we’ll cover the core areas of your coaching business: sales, marketing, client success, product, content, and strategy.

To register for the Undeniable Scaling Workshop, you’ll first book a call with our concierge team. We have minimum requirements to make sure the room is the right fit. How Can I Bring a Guest to the Scaling Workshop?
Yes, you can bring a guest or team member to the Scaling Workshop. Each person will need their own ticket, and we don’t offer group discounts. Tickets are limited by date and availability.
Workshops are held at our main location with space for up to 50 coaches. Seats are first come, first serve.
Where’s the workshop located?
All of our Scaling Workshop events take place in the west of Melbourne. The exact location will be shared once your application is accepted.
Where to stay and what to do in Melbourne?
After you purchase, we’ll send you a guide with suggested hotels, restaurants, and activities to enjoy during your stay—including some of Rhys’ favorite spots. You’ll have everything you need to know where to stay, eat, and explore while you’re here.
Will there be food, snacks, refreshments?
Yes, this event is privately catered. You’ll have a light breakfast and drinks in the morning, plus lunch and refreshments during the day. If you have dietary needs, email us at [email protected] after securing your spot and we’ll take care of it.
What time does the Scaling Workshop start and end each day?
Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for check-in, light snacks, and networking. Seating is first-come, first-serve, so arrive early if you want a specific spot. In colder months, bring a coat—sometimes the line stretches outside.
Day One runs from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. Day Two starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m., with doors also closing at 6:30 p.m. Please plan your rides so you're out by then—our team needs time to reset the space.
